In a joint effort by the military, the MWR (Morale, Welfare and Recreation) And the groups themselves, fun was had by all at this free concert. Special recognition goes out to Scott and Joe from the USAED special events Division. Without their tireless commitment, the concert would not have been possible.

"As a veteran who has fought for our Nation and our flag, this powerfully patriotic song says it all. It makes us stand up proudly for America with its people of all colors and cultures and see only red, white, and blue. Thanks Dave."

![]() The Persuasions. L-R: Jayotis Washington, Joe Russell, Jimmy Hayes and Dave Revels. Dave had the pleasure of recording with the Persuasions on their latest CD The Persuasions Sings U2. It was a very special time because Dave, a long time friend of the group, also arranged the songs and co-produced the CD, along with Jimmy Hayes(bass for the group) and David Chesky, co-founder of Chesky Records, the group's label). The record will be released in September 2005.
